Our Sales Policies and Terms:
Whilst we endeavour to provide you with that best possible service, we would like to tell you what to do should anything go wrong.
If you experience a problem with our products or service, we would definitely like to hear from you. Without your help, it is so much more difficult to improve.
- We will try to send your order within 7 days. If we cannot do this, we will try to contact you by e-mail, telephone or in writing to let you know the progress of your order. Our normal despatch time is 2 working days.
- If you find our slippers not as you had hoped, then please return the slippers within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost. If you could please telephone us before you do so we would be grateful.
- If there is a quality problem, or your order is incorrectly sent out, we will refund all additional postage charges you may incur so as to rectify the situation. It would be very helpful for all concerned if you could telephone us in the first instance.
- If you have chosen to pay by cheque through the post, we will not bank your cheque until we have immediately available stock.
- In the event that you need your order urgently or need it sending to a different address, these facilities are available during the payment process. However, if you would like confirmation, then please give us a call on +(44) 01597 258 263.
- We will never disclose your personal information to any third party.
- These Terms are in addition to your Statutory Rights and do not seek to replace them.
We are very proud of our slippers but necessarily beyond that, we are proud of the attention to detail we provide to you - our customers.
